These terms apply to purchases placed through avolinas.com. Product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery charges and the final order total are shown before checkout. Please check your details before placing an order.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order starts an order request. We may contact you if a product is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled. For manual bank transfer, follow the instructions provided at checkout or on Track Order, and upload your receipt there. A receipt submission is pending verification until we confirm that funds are received. We do not dispatch an unpaid order. If payment cannot be verified, contact care@avolinas.com with your order reference. A cancellation or refund, if applicable, will follow our Returns & Refund Policy.

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit unless stated otherwise. The applicable product price, promotion, delivery charge and total are those displayed at checkout when the order is placed. Promotions may be limited by their published conditions and dates. If an obvious pricing or stock error occurs, we will contact you before processing and offer the available resolution.
